Our flat is both managed and let by Laura. The whole process of letting the property from her was very easy and straightforward with references etc being checked very quickly and before we knew it, we were in our new home! Any issues with our flat or building are dealt with by Laura quickly and efficiently. On the odd occasion there is a problem with the flat and Laura needs to come round she always checks with us to see when is/isn’t convenient. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laura to a new landlord or tenant!

Positive experience from start to finish. What an amazing find! When we moved to Oxford 3 years ago, we thought we would never have to rent again. We love our house but essential work needed to be done on it and who knew there was going to be a global pandemic! We needed a six month let while our building work was undertaken and one of our neighbours suggested Laura Ridge at Positive Property Management. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at St Luke’s Road, Oxford where Laura managed the property. Since this was my first time living on my own, it was extremely reassuring to meet her and to know that she would be looking after my flat. While living at St Luke’s, I experienced minimal problems. Any issues I did have were resolved swiftly, usually within a day or two, and with constant communication throughout. Lastly, when it came to the end of the tenancy, the checkout process was smooth and secure and I was never in any doubt that my deposit was in safe hands. I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone!

I had asked Laura to find some investment residential properties in the Oxford area that would make a good rental yield with capital growth. Laura clearly has an excellent knowledge of the Oxfordshire rental and house-purchase market and where the areas are for maximising investment opportunity. She provided several options, one of which I purchased and the returns have been excellent. Laura assisted with required improvement works, and advised on negotiation, achieving a reduced purchase price. (She even had the foresight to consider the benefits of stable tenants already in the property). I have had the minimum of fuss to achieve this rental purchase and Laura continues to provide advice on regulatory compliance to my residential letting business. I found Laura to be highly professional, prompt on promises and reliable and to have great integrity in the business she offers.

Laura has been an amazing property manager. I was lucky to rent one of her newly renovated 1-bed flats. The flat was renovated to really high-quality standards, and when I experienced minor issues which were resolved instantly usually within the next day. Laura has been the most friendly and approachable manager I've ever had. After moving to a new flat, which unfortunately is not managed by Laura, she re-directs any mail posted to my old address, which is beyond any of my initial expectations! I felt very reassured and supported throughout my tenancy and I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone!

We decided to live abroad and let our lovely house in Oxford. We wanted our home in good hands. Laura is simply the best person we could find to do the job. It was already July, quite late to find tenants and fix the house for mid-August. With her structured approach, we could tackle in no time all regulatory compliance activities, complete improvement works, and find a nice family to rent our house. Finding Positive Property when we were looking for a place to live in Oxford was a great stroke of luck.
