  • We will work hard to ensure your experience of renting is a positive one and you will receive a friendly and professional service.  
  • You will have a well maintained property.  We will undertake necessary repairs promptly and effectively.  We will encourage you to report any problems to us and will also visit the property two to three times per year so that any issues can be identified early and addressed quickly. 
  • You will be renting through an agent who endeavours to give greater stability to tenants.  If requested, we will consider longer tenancy terms than the default 6 to 12 months (although this must also suit the landlord) and wherever possible, contact you two to three months before the end of your tenancy to offer you a renewal.

Positive Property Management is a member of a complaints redress scheme - The Property Ombudsman.  We are registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme and the Information Commissioners Office.
